who had themselves experienced what many people are experiencing
today - the potential of losing their home.
Suddenly struggling with
diminished income in a bad national economy with increasing
mortgage payment due to maturing adjustable mortgage payments
coupled with loss of equity in real estate investments they
were faced with the reality that, unfortunately, the lender
did not care. They became the LoanMad group and went crazy
about helping others get their loans modified by utilizing
